1:1 Performance Based Physical Therapy

Are you ready to feel your best AND get back to your life without limitations?

We'll start with a comprehensive evaluation that looks at your injury history, lifestyle, physical activity, movement patterns, and personal goals. Together, we’ll develop a tailored plan to not only rehab your injuries but also help you bridge the gap to the activities that matter most in your life.

 

Whether it’s training for a marathon, playing with your grandkids in the park, hiking up a mountain to catch the sunrise, or simply returning to your ‘normal’—we’re here to help you get there!

Hybrid (in-person + virtual) options available.

Sessions will take place within Fremont Health Club but also possible meet you at destination of your choosing for additional fee.

We'll start with a remote session to find out your goals, then we'll set up a personalized training program together.  I utilize TrueCoach training app to provide custom programs tailored to your goals with frequent touchpoints for us to update and modify your program as needed!
